Monthly Look Back (September,2014)

This month was nice. I had allot of time to play some games next to my work, including the beta for The Witcher Battle Arena. I also added Smartphone games to the Monthly Look Back. Although I don't really play that much games on my Phone, nonetheless I wanted to add them to the list. Most Android games these days also have achievements. So the are also new to this list in a counter view instead a procentig. As always  enjoy list. Crysis 3  (PS3)  100%  -   31% I really liked Crysis 2 but Crysis 3 felt like a dull experiences. It was entertaining to shoot stuff and it got better as I progressed but it still felt like dull experience. Don't get wrong, Crysis 3 is a good game and looks nice but it didn't bring something special to the table. WipEout 2048  (PSVita)   100%  -   46% Lone Survivor  (PSVita) 100% -  37% Now this game started soooo weird and mysterious that I was hooked to this game until I...

My Favorite 2013 gaming experiences

With the end of this year closing in I look back at my best 2013 gaming experiences and make a neat top 5 of them. PS3 1. The Last of Us (2013) It's my favourite game of 2013 so yeah its easy to put it as my number one of the PS3 gaming experiences of 2013. The Last of Us gave me a great story and an addictive multiplayer that feels new and refreshing compared to all those multiplayers we already have. My Multiplayer Review 2. Beyond: Two Souls (2013) You can hate or love this game. I loved it,  and enjoyed every bit of the story even when the game felt less dynamic than Heavy Rain. 3. God of War: Ascension (2013) Not as great as God of War 3 but still a good experience. Really liked the story but was not that interested in the Multiplayer that was new to the God of War games. Looking forward to God of War Ascension God of War Experience 4. Borderlands 2 (2013) A good successor to the first game and another reason to put too much hours in just shoot...

Expect to this list go live on the 6th of December with a top 5 of; PlayStation3 games PlayStation Vita games PlayStation+ games PC games Web games Mobile games I also want to take a looks at 1 or maybe more games from my past that are seen by the gaming community as classic's.

GamesCom 2013

As you might know gamescom was this month and i have also attended this major event for 2 days, i wanted to share my experience visiting that great event daily here in my blog. Sadly this plan went into the garbage can when my hotel was forcing me to pay (a lot) for poor quality WiFi. So i am posting my experience of gamescom here a few days later after the great time there.  Day1 (Friday)  After a long drive from Meppen (Germany) i arrived at Cologne (Koln) around 10:30 i was dropped near the Messe so i had to walk not far and it took me only a few minutes to get there. Although Cologne is a big city, it was easy to get there thanks to the printed google map and the many signs that told me go this direction to gamescom. I had more problems getting in, thank to the stupid bar code on my ticket that was not working. But after waiting in line with many that had the same problem it was fixed by printing me a new one. Once in, i was startled by the size of this ...

Super Sync Sports! Review

This fun Google Project is worth your time and sweat. Super Sync Sports! is a game you play with your phone as a controller while you look at a PC or TV screen while you rapidly repeat a movement on your phone. And this all done on your web browser. No need to download or require a certain amount of specs to run. Only a good internet connection and your set to go. The only disadvantage to this all that you are stuck to a room where a PC or SmartTV is present. Setting up a match will take you also some steps before you can play. But after this, as long as you are connected to Super Sync Sports! there is no need to wait. You can quickly repeat a match or try a another sport. This a possible thanks to HTML5 and CSS3. Yes that's code language. All you need to do is go with your Browser to the link  http://chrome.com/supersyncspor...

Escaping the Walkers (The Walking Dead)

Remember the Walking Dead? Well of course you do, if not you must have lived under a rock. Now i do know it but i never toke time for it except the game from Telltale Games that takes place in the same world but not with the same characters from the Walking Dead stories. The game at first looks interesting thanks to its already well now TV series. But it also looks less interesting sins the game is not the best looking game out there for us to play. But i had to see if this game was worth my money. So i tried the Demo but sadly the Demo showed not much to convince me. I hoped to get some opinions from game websites. And most said that this is game with a great story but not that much action in it. So the mainstream zombie game players would not like it but the more adventurous gamer's will love it. I agree completely. The first episode already sucked me in. And the 2 episode is even better then the first. I am happy that i bought the Season Pass instea...
