Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot mystery Review

Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot mystery is a Episode based game similar to The Walking Dead and is a point and click puzzle game with a similar style to Professor Layton on the DS.
Its released on PS Vita, Iphone and PC.

I played the Vita Version which i find the best version to play it on.
But since everything is controlled by the Touch screen the Iphone version should also work nice.
I normally don't play games that look kind of kiddy.
But i made a exception for Jacob Jones since that game looked kind of interesting to me and its only €1,99 on EU PSN which is a bargain.
So  if you have some spare PSN money left and you like a puzzle games then get it NOW!

My opinion on the game is kind of split.
One side of the elements of the game i really liked while the other elements turn me off.
The art Style was the main reason i noticed this game.
The toy liked characters looks really nice and beautiful on the Vita.
The art like images seen in some puzzles are even more enjoyable to the eyes since the look really nice.
The sound and music is oke and i have not many things to say about it besides that.
As for the puzzles.
I found the Puzzles at most times easy to solve.
Since most puzzles require logic and a little understanding in math.
Only a few puzzles gave me a little challenge.
But nothing i could not handle.

The help tools in the game are nice way for those that have a problem with a puzzle and need some help
but the help tools require points that you can only get by collecting empty soda cans that are found in the none puzzle like areas in the game.
while collecting these cans may sound hard its not the case.
The cans are found almost anywhere you look only a few can will give you the hardest time getting since the game makers hid them really well.
These can can be found thx to the sparkle lighting coming from them but some hare behind object to see them you can tilt your Vita to see around the bushes and see the hidden cans.

The story is kind of interesting but not many is explained yet in Episode 1.
This really nice touch since this is gives me a reason to come back for more since i really like to find out what will happen in Episode 2.

The worst part and the thing that turned me off is the characters.
There based on typical personality's that make the story less which is really sad.
Only a few characters are fun and original.

Besides the characters i found Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot mystery a fun game and i will be back for Episode 2.

Playstation TV Review

Also known as PSVita TV Review The Playstation TV is the way to play your favorite PSVita and Playstation classic's on the tv. Or use it as an add-on device for the PS4 to continue playing in different room if you're banished from the other one. While this sound great, sadly the PSTV is not perfect. There are enough games that have yet to get PSTV support. And if you're new to the PSVita environment don't expect to play Gravity Rush or Tearaway on the PSTV. The PSTV only support games for the PSVita that don't use or barely use the touch options of the PSVita. There are allot of things that the PSTV could support but isn't getting for now. One of those options is to play WipEout 2048 on the PSTV. While I understand that WipEout 2048 has motion controls. They don't need be there to play WipEout 2048 on the PSTV. Games like Olli Olli don't even have proper menu controls and require the use of the R3 of the Dualshock 3 and 4 or the use of t...

Sony Pulse Elite Wireless Headset Review

I have been promising that I would review the Pulse Elite after a few blogs that I wanted to write first and now with the the release of a patch on the PS4 for all Sony Pulse headsets I had, no I must write a review on this headset. Now the first question I ask my self is, why buy the Pulse Elite instead of a another headset and the reason is preferences. I want a headset that delivers me the option to be portable so I can use it on the go for my Vita or mobile phone but I also wanted the option to use it for voice chat on my PS3. The Pulse Elite delivers these options because it has two way to connect. One is via the USB dongle, which is used for the PS3 and other devices that have a USB port. The other way is via the 3.5mm cable which works pretty much with every mobile device out there on the market. Now why not get a headset that connects via Bluetooth? The reason is pretty simple but is supported by other functions this headset gives. The main reason is that there is ...
